As a **Telecommunications Sales Associate**, you will be the face of our company, representing **Rogers** - our client and one of Canada’s leading telecommunications providers. Your role will involve direct customer interactions, ensuring every experience is positive, informative, and leaves a lasting impression.

**Responsibilities of our Telecommunications Sales Associates**:

- Engage with existing and potential customers while actively seeking new sales opportunities.
- Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Promote and sell Rogers’ full range of telecommunications solutions, including Wireless, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Home Phone services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction.
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times, participate in special events, execute promotional campaigns, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, customer service, and safety, ensuring all interactions align with company policies.
