**Overview**:
Join our team as a **House Cleaner** at IOC solutions, where we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch cleaning services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to ensure homes are kept clean and organized to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning services with a focus on deep cleaning and sanitization of all living spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as scrubbing floors, baseboards, tiles, grout, and other hard surfaces to remove built-up dirt, grease, and grime.
- Execute fine detailing work including cleaning light fixtures, vents, behind and under furniture, window sills, door frames, and other often-overlooked areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment in each home.
- Follow customized cleaning checklists and client instructions to ensure all service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning duties within scheduled timeframes while maintaining a consistent level of excellence.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while delivering courteous and responsive service to clients.
- Identify and report any damages, maintenance issues, or areas requiring special attention to management or clients as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks with consistent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for clients’ homes and privacy.
- Basic understanding of household management or hospitality practices is considered an asset.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting up to 25 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is an asset (if applicable to your business).
