**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals during peak hours in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting.
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling techniques and storage practices.

**Qualifications**
- CPR and Food Handlers certificated a requirement.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated in completing assigned tasks.
