The name Etta Vita is a combination of both an English woman's name, Etta, meaning "ruler of the home" and Vita, a shortened version of the word "vitamin". We believe that herbs and plants provided by mother earth are what serve the body and rule the home. We are committed to providing the highest quality of natural supplements to help people live healthier and happier lives. **About the role**: We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who has experience with affiliate marketing. Ideally, someone with experience in health and wellness categories, primarily supplements. Your role will consist of working on both affiliate marketing tasks, so would need to have experience in both areas. You'll be responsible for the outreach and the attraction of Affiliates, optimizing affiliate channels through sales-tracking, and for the attraction of influencers on IG and TikTok. The role requires great attention to detail and an analytical mind. You'll be working with a high-performing and supportive team to assist with your onboarding as well as ongoing support. This is a **Part-Time Remote** position with flexible working hours. Equally important to skillset fit is the culture fit. So please review some of my social posts to get a sense of me as a person, if you think you'd enjoy working with me, and if we have aligned values. **Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**: **Affiliate Marketing Management**: - Build out ShareASale profile, and other like-platforms - Outreach and attract Affiliates - Negotiate and manage Affiliates - Optimize affiliate channel through sales-tracking and revenue growth - Delegate sales channel per affiliate as best fit (Shopify or Amazon) **Requirements**: - 3+ years experience with Affiliate Marketing - Experience with building brands from the ground zero - Experience working with E-commerce businesses - Experience working with Affiliate Marketing platforms such as ShareASale and others - Experience with health and wellness categories, primarily supplements, would be huge plus - Strong English verbal and written communication - High level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity - Strong attention to details **Benefits** - Work with a fully remote team - Completely remote and flexible schedule - Location independence - You'll be joining a high-level and fast-paced team, working with exciting businesses and projects - Opportunity to work on new exciting brands in the future
