**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain an organized counter area, ensuring that all products are displayed effectively.
- Assist in inventory management, including order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
- Communicate product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation within the shop.
- Order parts as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems and CMMS is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of order fulfillment processes.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
