Our Parts Wholesale Team is located in Scarborough and work with our parts departments to grow our existing business.

**Career Opportunity**

Drive Autogroup is seeking a dynamic Parts Wholesale Advisor to join our expanding team. This role is customer-facing, requiring a warm smile and proactive approach to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phones professionally and promptly.
- Provide pricing quotes and be able to process orders for multiple brands (Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai and Genesis.
- Prior usage of Parts Bridge and Collision Link an asset.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently as required.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability for requested parts.
- Following up on orders and back orders.
- Assist with collecting receivables if required.
- Communicate with parts departments about processing payments from customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in an Automotive Dealership is required
- Proficiency with CDK software is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
