**SALARY**:$30.35 per hour with 12% in lieu of benefits and 8% in lieu of vacation pay

**DESCRIPTION OF JOB**:
The individuals will support the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s Immunization Program by administering vaccines to residents of the EOHU area while managing client and clinic flow to ensure safe, efficient and effective care.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Paramedics or paramedicine, medical, or pharmacy students or other as appropriate under a Medical Officer of Health Medical Directive. Will need to show appropriate documentation regarding professional designation or education.
- Pertinent experience in a clinical setting.
- Intramuscular injection experience.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Experience completing client assessments and conducting health teaching.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Intramuscular injection: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English Fluently (required)
- French Fluently (preferred)
