**About the Role**:This is an entry-level position designed for someone who has some skills with tools and home repairs but wants to learn more. You’ll work alongside our experienced handymen/women and carpenters on a variety of jobs. We’ll provide training, support, and clear step-by-step processes so you can build confidence and expand your skills over time.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with home repairs and small renovations (carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)
- Handle basic renovation tasks under supervision
- Support jobsite prep, cleanup, and tool organization
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Communicate respectfully with clients and team members
- Be eager to learn and take direction from more experienced team members
- Help with door knocking in nearby neighbourhoods to introduce our services and build community presence
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Some hands-on experience with tools
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Physically able to lift/carry materials and work on your feet
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
