As a **Merchandise Associate**, you will be responsible for exercising control over the flow of merchandise. Your key focus is to support the shopping experience through processing and organizing merchandise upon delivery.

**Day In The Life**
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
- Ensure that the transfer, receipt and dispatch of goods are done according to company procedures
- Assist the team in performing tasks related to visual presentation
- Execute visual set‐ups/changes, visual presentation standards and housekeeping duties as
directed
- Display knowledge of fashion, visual presentation, merchandise flow and sell through
- Direct customer service matters to management and provides feedback
- Support with omni-channel operations, such as packing and preparing e-commerce orders for pickup or delivery
- Execute visual updates in alignment with brand standards
- Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a shoppable and inspiring environment
- Step in to support the sales floor, when needed, to help customers and drive store results.
- Participate in daily clean-up, stockroom organization, and seasonal floor sets.

**Qualifications**
- Previous merchandise, sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move, lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store in safe manners
- Availability includes evenings and weekends
- Strong sense of ownership and self-discipline — thrives in an environment with mínimal supervision
- High level of integrity and accountability in daily tasks
- Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative when tasks are not assigned directly.
