Bartender

**JOB SUMMARY: Job Description**: Serves beverages to the guests and servers, maintains clean and organized bar.

**DUTIES**:
' Serve **GUESTS** in a friendly, professional, timely and enthusiastic manner.

' Serve the servers in a timely fashion pop and all alcohol beverages ensuring all product is properly accounted for

' Complete bar set up.

' Complete product knowledge.

' Ensure drinks are made as per beverage department recipes.

' Record sales and process payment, balance product and deposit all payments following set procedures

' Ensure to be in **FULL UNIFORM** at all times when on duty complete with Gaming Licence and Smart Serve certificate

' Ensure the adherence to Smart Serve, Gaming Commission regulations and Flamboro Downs policies
