Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Finance and also responsible to Emera’s Chief Digital Officer, the Vice President, Information Technology manages a $60M capital and operating budget and drives NSP’s digital transformation with a focus on building cross-department partnerships and digital capabilities to enable the organization to achieve the strategic plan. The Vice President, Information Technology is a key leader within Nova Scotia Power and Emera, enabling the organization to meet key objectives and achieve success by aligning with operations. This includes initiatives in the areas of safety, customer experience, decarbonization, decentralization, innovation, affordability, and reliability. The IT team and this role support NSP, Emera Inc., and the other Emera Canadian companies and interacts closely with each of the executive teams.
