**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud discovery, implementation, and deployment activities. You will collaborate closely with offshore development and QA teams, as well as functional leads, to ensure successful project delivery. This is a remote position with a one-year contract duration, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud discovery, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Produce solution architecture documentation in alignment with project requirements.
- Participate in development activities as necessary, leveraging expertise in AMPSCRIPT, SQL, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Lead client-facing meetings, effectively communicating project progress, updates, and requirements.
- Generate project reports and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with demonstrated experience in discovery, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Strong knowledge of AMPSCRIPT, SQL, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in producing solution architecture documentation.
- Capability to participate in development activities if required, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to generate project reports and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Fluency in French is required for effective communication with stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
