**Job Duties**:
**Business Development Support**:
Assist the CEO and senior staff with business strategies by conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

Handle day-to-day scheduling for the CEO and senior staff, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and business travel related to both business development and operational activities.

Support the execution of business strategies by coordinating team efforts, organizing resources, and monitoring progress on business development projects.

Prepare reports and summaries of research findings, client interactions, and business development activities for review by senior staff.

Assist in compiling and organizing proposals, contracts, and presentations for business development meetings with potential clients or partners.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases related to client interactions, lab results, and administrative documentation.

Prepare and process daily reports on lab activities, business performance, and client communications for review by senior management.

Assist with daily office operations, such as ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.

Support the CEO and other senior staff by drafting letters, internal memos, and external communications.

Assist with the lab’s day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring all administrative duties are completed promptly and efficiently.

Ensure timely submission of result reports and compliance documents.

Pay: $33,500.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
