**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- ** Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- ** Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- ** Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to customers and the sales manager.
- ** Customer Support**: Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- ** Travel**: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including trade shows and national meetings.

**Qualifications**
- **
Experience**: Proven track record of business development and closing sales is required. Industry experience preferred but not necessary.
- ** Skills**: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and proficiency in Teams meetings.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ** Personal Attributes**: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, dynamic, and able to work independently. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and
