**Objectives**: - Promote an environment of efficiency, clarity, collaboration and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities**: - Take charge of elicitation and documentation of requirements, making sure they align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. - Serve as the product owner for machine learning models, overseeing their development, implementation, and refinement. - Establish, manage, and adhere to project timelines, keeping all relevant parties informed of progress and any changes. - Regularly communicate project status, insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. - Foster collaboration with: - Product management on business cases, priorities, and timelines. - Data scientists on solution development, data processing, and the execution of advanced analytics projects. - Software engineering on solution requirements and development. - UX/UI design team to assure data visualizations and interface requirements meet user needs and enhance user experience. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Prior experience in a Business Analyst role in a software company is a _must have_. - Proficient in data analysis and data-driven projects. - Experience in requirements elicitation, domain modeling, business process modeling, and technical writing. - Experience as a product owner in an Agile environment is preferred. - Solid project management and negotiation skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Thorough understanding of the data science project lifecycle and software development lifecycle. - Skilled in data manipulation tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R. - Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. - Demonstrable history of designing and delivering impactful, data-driven presentations. - Deep familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI and data visualization best practices. - Active listening skills to effectively comprehend stakeholder needs and feedback. **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience. - Professional training in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is a plus. - One or more IIBA certifications is a strong plus. **What ClearBlue Provides**: - Competitive pay, with growth opportunities based on merit. - A hybrid work environment for flexibility. - A supportive, inclusive, and fun "One Team" approach. - Commitment to your personal and career development through mentoring and training. - Casual dress code.
