- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in High School Math.
- Ability to educate and motivate students of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically.
- A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
