**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, contributing to the overall guest experience in our hotel.

**Duties**
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly.
- Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with the cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells as required.
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
- Wax and polish floors
- Dust furniture
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Make beds and change sheets
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Stock linen closet
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect elevators, Handle and report lost and found items
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
- Provide basic information on facilities
- Handle complaints
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Ensure that assigned bedrooms, corridors, vending areas and other areas are properly cleaned daily.
- Ensure that proper key controls are in effect.
- Ensure that Lost and Found articles are stored properly and that the correct logs are maintained.
- Be accountable and responsible of the cleanliness of all public areas.
- Is familiar with and follows all hotel safety and accident prevention procedures.
- Follow provided checklists to ensure that all standards are maintained consistently
- Report any issues to supervisors or maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- A positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service to guests.
