**Summary**

We are seeking a Level 2 Insurance Advisor to join our team at The Cooperators, Bethany Heppner & Associates Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service in a cooperative environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Assist clients with quotes, renewals and document processing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and enhance client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales for minimum 2 years.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with retail sales.
- Class 5 with your own vehicle.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
