**Solar Ambassador**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Solar Ambassador to join our team As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through door to door interactions with prospective clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sales mindset.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads by visiting prospective clients at their homes and businesses;
- Educate homeowners and businesses on solar and answer questions;
- Book on-the-spot appointments with homeowners/business owners and a solar advisor; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education or related industry experience;
- Criminal record check is required;
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract;
- Proficiency in English is required, bilingualism in French is an asset;
- Ability to work evenings and weekends;
- Previous business to consumer sales experience;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills;
- Excellent sales skills;
- Ability to handle rejection;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Previous door to door sales experience is an asset;
- Proficient with technology and software, familiarity with CRM’s an asset; and
- Previous experience in the renewable or sustainability industry is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.30 per hour
