**Our hybrid model requires this role to be in office 4 days a week with flexible working hours at our Bathurst/Lakeshore location.**

**Role Overview**:
The **Manager, Credit Card Portfolio & Credit Insurance**will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to improve the portfolio performance of our President Choice Insiders Mastercard Credit Card Product. Additionally, this role will be responsible for assisting in managing the relationship with our third party business partners including Imperial Oil, Shoppers Drug Mart and PC Optimum.

In collaboration with Credit Risk, Acquisition, Marketing and other enterprise partners, they will champion and execute our annual plan to drive our spending, lending and profitability targets.

**What you’ll do**

**Product Management Optimization**
- Lead cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans.
- Define and execute initiatives to grow the No Fee Mastercard portfolio and achieve our key performance indicators, including Purchase volume, Revolving balances and profitability targets
- Develop campaigns to drive acquisition to the PC Insiders Mastercard portfolio from the existing cardholder base pipeline ensuring that offers are appropriate and profitable for the segments of customers that may be targeted for upgrades
- Develop go-to-market plans to increase the uptake on ancillary products including Payment Support Plan (PSP) and be the key point of contact for third party vendors for these products.
- Lead and collaborate with analytics to understand portfolio optimization opportunities and address target gaps
- Partner with credit risk on identifying Account Receivable growth opportunities and continually monitor credit limit assignment strategies that help nurture growth to the portfolio while minimizing risk and losses.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Work with Finance on monitoring performance and preparing accurate forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Create and prepare quarterly business review documents and presentations for presentation with third party partners
- Ensure competitiveness of our products. Partner with Digital and our Technology teams on new growth initiatives. Business case development to support the prioritization of new initiatives including planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational oversight
- Develop executive-ready presentations

**What You Bring**
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics or Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in a Product, Marketing, Business Development in personal insurance or credit cards industry
- Knowledge of the Canadian insurance industry landscape and regulatory/compliance issues relating to the industry is a plus
