- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
