Server/bartender

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay updated on drink recipes, menu changes, and promotions.

**Skills**
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Cashiering: Experience handling cash transactions accurately.
- Restaurant experience: Familiarity with the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and making change.
- Food safety: Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Bartending: Previous bartending experience is an advantage but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Math skills: Strong mathematical skills for drink measurements and cash handling.
- Food handling: Understanding of proper food handling techniques in a bar setting.
- Hospitality: A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- POS proficiency: Experience using point-of-sale systems for order processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
