**What You’ll Do**

As a **Financial Advisor**, you’ll work closely with senior advisors and clients to support financial planning and implementation. You’ll focus on building trust, creating and improving internal processes, and developing long-term relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting clients in understanding their financial picture and goals
- Helping build and implement financial plans tailored to client needs
- Building long-term relationships based on transparency, trust, and care
- Working with team members to streamline and document client service processes
- Participating in client meetings and managing follow-ups
- Staying current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and financial tools
- Collaborating with a team of advisors, administrative staff, and specialists

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience (1-2 years) in the financial services industry or a related field
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, or a related area
- Progress toward or interest in financial planning designations (e.g., QAFP, CFP, LLQP or Canadian Securities Course)
- Comfort with common financial software tools and CRMs
- Eligibility to work in Canada
