‪**Responsibilities**:

- Complete preassembly for paint process.
- Fabricate parts for custom machines.
- Complete light weld processes after preassembly.
- Perform quality control and machines before paint
- Paint parts in primer for preassembly.
- Maintain and clean work area.
- Unloading and organization of components.

‪**Requirements**:

- Ability to work safely with the correct PPE at all times
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use simple computer programs
- ‪Communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with both office and manufacturing staff
- ‪Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- ‪Problem-solving skills
- ‪Good attention to detail and quality

‪**Compensation**:

- $24-26.5/HR wage plus bonuses (Starting wage dependent on experience)
- Split-fire Health Benefits commence after probation period.
- Job Type: Full Time (44hr work week).
- Overtime may be required.
