We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Fence Installer to join our team. As a Lead Fence Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of fencing products for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of fence installers to ensure efficient and high-quality installation of fencing products
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Install a variety of fencing products including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron
- Operate hand and power tools to cut and shape materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure successful completion of jobs
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fence installation, including experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of a variety of fencing products and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions

**Salary**: $30.00-$37.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
