We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. As the first data science employee, you’ll have the opportunity to build our capabilities from the ground up to enhance and speed up our data analysis projects. Obviously, the role requires a strong skill set in exploratory data analysis, statistics, and modelling. Excellent communication is key as well, to be able to tell a story with the data to less technical stakeholders.

**THE ROLE**
- Write queries for general day to day data requests.
- Help define and implement a data governance strategy.
- Collaborate to plan data requirements for new projects to ensure no gaps in measuring outcomes.
- Use SQL to self-serve data for analysis.
- Use tools like AWS Quicksight or Looker to visualize data and present to leaders.

**MUST HAVES**
- Excellent SQL knowledge. (MySQL)
- Great statistical understanding.
- One of Quicksight (preferred) or Looker.
