**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare and finish steel, fiberglass, and aluminum components using professional spray techniques
- Mix and match paints, stains, and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes
- Inspect and clean surfaces prior to painting to ensure a flawless final product
- Operate and maintain spray booths, compressors, and painting equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and consistent results

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience as a spray painter in a manufacturing or finishing environment
- Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques, paint systems, and finishing materials
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to work efficiently under production schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with paint mixing, color matching, and equipment maintenance
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
