Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for professional a **Security Guards** to ensure safety and security at retail locations across the GTA. In this role, you will maintain a visible presence, deter theft, and provide excellent customer service while upholding store policies.

**About the Role: Tactical Security Guard**

As a Tactical Security Guard in a retail setting with Synergy, you’ll be the first line of defense against shoplifting and trespassing. You’ll ensure a safe environment through customer service and essential security practices, representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and address trespassing, enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
- Conduct patrols and monitor areas within the retail site.
- Investigate and document security breaches and concerning behaviors.
- Engage with patrons, providing a customer service approach to security.
- Recognize and respond to potentially disruptive behavior.
- Assist law enforcement as needed and complete detailed incident reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario security license.
- **Must have a minimum 1 years of retail security experience.**:

- Physical capability to stand for 8-10 hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with an alert, responsive demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations.
