Previous experience supervising a team is an asset.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations
- Problem solving skills, diffuse customer concerns and issues
- Ability to direct and delegate basic tasks to individuals while overseeing the store as a whole
- Help maintain stock in our various departments
- Perform closing procedures
- Cashier duties as required
- Ensure store is kept clean and organized, items are correctly priced, displayed, and meets standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work setting:

- Grocery store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bridgewater, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
