Finishing Supervisor

As Finishing Supervisor, your daily duties and responsibilities will commence upon installation of drywall in all Braestone homes and will conclude upon completion and delivery of such homes (appx 35-45 per year) to Braestone purchasers. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following items:

- Coordinate with Site Superintendent to manage and supervise labourers in an efficient manner;
- Manage bins and tanks to ensure safety and security while ensuring trades have access when required;
- Review schedule, future closings, and deliveries with trades and team (**MANDATORY DAILY ITEM);**
- Manage coordination for access to houses with labourers and trades;
- Communicate daily with interior trades (8:30 am deadline) to ensure proper status updates;
- Manage conflicts with trades;
- Report site issues immediately to Site Superintendent;
- Handle all interior inspections with the Township of Oro-Medonte Building Department;
- Review daily selection sheets for upcoming builds;
- Confirm correct rough-ins for electrical, plumbing and mechanical;
- Assist Site Superintendent with managing materials and inventory;
- Conduct daily midday summary reviews;
- Update the finishing schedule multiple times per day;
- Track and manage extra, unplanned contract work for potential back charges;
- Manage and maintain a four-week planning schedule;
- Schedule and perform PDI inspections;
- Coordinate with trades to ensure all PDI items are completed prior to move-in;
- Review 30 day lists with Service Coordinator;
- Ensure houses are locked and secured nightly.
