Automotive Service Manager

**Who Are You?**
- At least 3+ years of automotive/dealership **service management experience** (you can walk the walk)
- **A born communicator **who is as comfortable talking to a customer as you are teaching a technician a new way to replace a part (you can talk the talk).
- **Skilled at most DMS or SMS platforms** (extra points if you are familiar with Quorum, DealerMine and MS Office/Google Docs/Sheets)
- Being a **leader and mentor **comes naturally to you - building a strong team of technicians is your passion.
- You have **vision**:

- you know what goes into running a successful and profitable Service Department and you don’t believe in being ok with the status quo.

**What Your Day Will Be Like**
- **Managing the daily workflow** in Service (remember you’re steering the ship)
- **Keeping track of all KPI’**s including loyalty, gross profit, and the big one CSI rating.
- Use your servant attitude to help **handle customer concerns** fast and with empathy.
- Oversee and **work with your Internal BDC rep** to make sure the shop is busy everyday, all day.
- **Establish the SOP’s** for the best customer service we can provide - we have raving service fans here at Ernie Dean and you can help next-level that from Day 1.
- **Collaborate with the Sales and Parts Departments** in building a rock-solid relationship that benefits everyone, most importantly our customers.
- **Mentor and motivate** one of the best and most talented technician teams in the area to continue to be their best on every job.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Service Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
