Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead. **Who we need** Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development, we are looking for an Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development to join the Scene+ team. In this new role, you will support the evolution and growth of one of Canada’s leading lifestyle loyalty programs. You will contribute to strategic planning and corporate development initiatives, conduct market and competitive research, prepare executive and board materials, and coordinate cross-functional projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving alignment and execution across the business. - This is a hybrid role, working 5 days over a 2-week period in the office._ **What’s in it for you** - Strategic visibility._ You will work closely with senior leaders and gain insight into the strategic decisions shaping the future of Scene+. You will contribute to business cases, coordinating cross-functional input, and supporting company-wide strategic initiatives. - Mentorship and growth._ As an integral member of a small, high-performing strategy team, you will gain exposure to multiple parts of the business. You will build a strong foundation for future growth, whether within Scene+ or across our broader ecosystem. **As our new Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development, you will**: - ** Support strategy development and execution.** You will contribute to the development and alignment of the Scene+ corporate strategy by conducting market, trend, and competitor research. Your insights will help inform strategic priorities, partnership opportunities, and decision-making across the organization. - ** Create and manage executive materials.** You will prepare clear, compelling presentations and briefing materials for the Board, Leadership Teams, and Town Halls. You will also help document meeting outputs, including minutes and action items, and assist in tracking progress on key initiatives. - ** Coordinate strategic projects.** You will support the planning and coordination of cross-functional projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to keep initiatives on track. You will help identify gaps, propose process improvements, and support execution to drive strategic outcomes. - ** Monitor and report on performance.**You will help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering input from across the business and ensuring data is accurate and actionable. **You bring**: - ** Structured thinking and analytical strength.**You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.
