In this new role, you will support the evolution and growth of one of Canada’s leading lifestyle loyalty programs. You will contribute to strategic planning and corporate development initiatives, conduct market and competitive research, prepare executive and board materials, and coordinate cross-functional projects. You will build a strong foundation for future growth, whether within Scene+ or across our broader ecosystem. **As our new Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development, you will**: - ** Support strategy development and execution.** You will contribute to the development and alignment of the Scene+ corporate strategy by conducting market, trend, and competitor research. Your insights will help inform strategic priorities, partnership opportunities, and decision-making across the organization. - ** Create and manage executive materials.** You will prepare clear, compelling presentations and briefing materials for the Board, Leadership Teams, and Town Halls. You will also help document meeting outputs, including minutes and action items, and assist in tracking progress on key initiatives. - ** Coordinate strategic projects.** You will support the planning and coordination of cross-functional projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to keep initiatives on track. You will help identify gaps, propose process improvements, and support execution to drive strategic outcomes. - ** Monitor and report on performance.**You will help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering input from across the business and ensuring data is accurate and actionable. **You bring**: - ** Structured thinking and analytical strength.**You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.
