**Job Posting: Residential & Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time, 10-30 hrs/week)**
**Location**: Parksville/Qualicum Beach
**Hours**: 10-30 hours/week, with potential for more
**Wage**: $20/hr-$25/hr : depending on experience

**About the Role**:
We're hiring a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our growing cleaning team This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

**No professional experience required** — if you have the right mindset, we’ll teach you the rest.

**What You'll Do**:

- Clean residential and post-construction spaces with a focus on detail and care
- Work solo or with a team depending on the job
- Move, bend, and lift as needed (this is a physically active role)
- Support our mission to help people feel great in their homes and workspaces

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic and a high standard of cleanliness
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Physically capable of active cleaning tasks (moving, lifting, bending, etc.)
- Comfortable undergoing a criminal record check
- Interest in working with eco-conscious products and habits (we use the **Mint Cleaning line**)
- Appreciation for a calm, positive work environment
- Reliable vehicle is a asset but not necessary if you live in central Parksville
