**Pressure Washing Technician - Exterior Cleaning**

**Location**: East Burnaby
**Pay**: $18/hour + Performance Bonuses

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Seasonal

We are a professional exterior cleaning company serving the Lower Mainland. We specialize in pressure washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning, delivering high-quality results to homeowners and businesses. **What You’ll Be Doing**:
Perform **pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning** on residential & commercial properties.
Operate **pressure washers, surface cleaners, and ladders** safely & efficiently.
Provide **excellent customer service** and represent our brand professionally.
Work **outdoors in various weather conditions** and lift up to 50 lbs.
Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Reliable & hard-working with a **positive attitude**.
Comfortable working **outdoors & on ladders**.
**Valid driver’s license** (preferred but not required).
Prior experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is **a plus but not required** - we provide training
Ability to work **independently and in a team environment**.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
