We are looking for an experienced and skilled ACM Panel Fabricator for our team in the new shop located at Burlington, Ontario at 955 Maple Ave. We are offering a full-time hourly position with **40 hours a week**; some overtime may be required.

**Schedule - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm**

**Job Title: ACM Panels Fabricator**

**Key Responsibilities**:
ACM Panel Fabrication:

- Execute the fabrication of ACM panels based on provided specifications and design drawings.
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including routers, saws, and CNC machines.

Material Handling and Preparation:

- Handle and prepare ACM materials for fabrication, ensuring accurate cutting, shaping, and sizing.
- Interpret and follow cutting plans and design layouts with precision.

Panel Assembly and Bonding:

- Assemble ACM panels through bonding and riveting processes, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity.
- Conduct quality checks during assembly to meet industry standards.

Quality Control:

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of fabricated ACM panels to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations or defects, collaborating with the team to implement corrective actions.

Tooling Maintenance:

- Conduct routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Address and troubleshoot any issues related to fabrication machinery promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a fabricator in the ACM field.
- In-depth knowledge of ACM materials, fabrication techniques, and bonding processes.
- Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, cutting plans, and design layouts.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Proficient in operating fabrication equipment, including routers, saws, and CNC machines.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in ACM panel fabrication.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Extended period of standing and lifting over 50 pounds
- Working in a noisy environment
