**Position Summary**:
Sales Associates are responsible for working hand in hand with customers, building trusting relationships, and providing assistance for purchasing the right piece for their space. This position will be based out of our Konto Furniture store located on St. Albert Trail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with enthusiasm as they come into the store
- Provide product information
- Learn about your client's requirements and suggest possible solutions for them
- Accurately enter invoices at the point of purchase
- Follow up with customers to offer additional assistance

**Job Qualifications**:

- Outgoing personality and excited to interact with customers
- Friendly, mature, reliable, responsible, and flexible
- Minimum one year of work experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficient with order entries and taking payments using POS
- Possess a sense of style and are passionate about interior design
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED

**Work Environment and Compensation**:

This position will start with a guaranteed salary for the first three months while building a client base. At this point, Sales Associates will receive a lucrative commission structure based on written sales with the opportunity to earn more than $100,000 per year and receive annual bonuses for surpassing sales goals.
