**Mt-Milligan Mine (McLeod Lake)**

**Where**: Mt-Milligan Mine (McLeod Lake)
**What**: Contract positions
**Remote site**: - Fly in/Fly out
**Rotation**: 2 weeks contract from March 18th to March 28th.
**Shift**: 10 hours per day - (may change upon the occupation of the site)
**Hourly wage**: $22.00 per hour - based on a 10-hour shift (may change upon the occupation)
**Shuttle bus**: Free shuttle bus from Prince Georges, MacKenzie, Smithers, Fort St-James
- **Position Summary**:

- You are a dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and safety.
- During your mandate with Sodexo, you will be responsible for sorting laundry items by label and loading the washing machines with bedding, surgical gowns, garments etc.
- You will be responsible for adding detergent and other cleaning products to the washer and adding germicidal/disinfectant solutions as necessary.
- You will need to adjust the water temperature and turn on the washer, take out the clean and wet items and place them in dryers for the measured time cycle.
- You will be attending training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required
- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required. No work experience is required.

**Physical Demands**:
Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long period of walking, standing, bending carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more
