Fine Sight Solutions collaborates with telecommunications clients to help them achieve their marketing goals and brand initiatives by developing, organizing and executing in-person events. Every day, we get to make an impact and raise awareness for the best technological products on the market by creating and attending influential events. We are looking for an Entry Level Event Assistant to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to our client base. Our Entry Level Event Assistant works closely with our clients to create new opportunities for growth.

Our focus is cultivating an environment that encourages collaboration, growth, team work, and making an impact on the local community. We coach, train, and empower every member of our Event Team on the entire event and campaign development process. From managing the campaign, preparing for the events we host, and building rapport, the Entry Level Event Assistant does it all.

**Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Keep updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly inform sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities to improve event strategies
- Develop a sense of trust and comfort with potential customers and make an impressionable impact for your assigned event and territory
- Present products and services directly to consumers by attending local events and using consultative sales techniques that are quality-based
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow Event Assistant to plan and create awareness at events
- Share our brand story in a professional and meaningful manner
- Engaging with consumers and effectively educate them to drive marketing efforts
- Attend in-person and virtual events to increase knowledge on our client
- Refine and execute event strategies to support the client's current customer base

**Entry Level Event Assistant Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of brand awareness, sales, event management, promotional marketing or customer service experience is preferred
- Compassionate and understanding demeanor
- Experience with events or as a volunteer is a bonus, but not required
- Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box

**Salary**: $600.00-$950.00 per week
