**Job Description**:

- **Tracing of freight which includes looking for missing freight, looking up POD'S and B/L'S, finding out when a shipment was delivered, etc.**

**- Exception reports for customers with dropped trailers - reporting to the shipper next day by 0900 - Interline exception reports for all partner carrier’s US & Canadian, both northbound and southbound**
- **Gathering information on shortage no pros, no goods etc and finding common issues to report to Supervisor.**:

- **Calling the customer with exceptions to verify possible damages, shortages, re-routing and various other duties as requested by customer regarding delivery problems.**:

- **Obtaining return authorizations from customers or authorizations to reroute or re-deliver as required. Obtaining phone numbers, confirming terms etc.**:

- **Camera checks for missing freight**:

- **Dealing with upset customers**
