We are looking for an Enterprise Field Account Manager with a multidisciplinary background in sales, golf, key account management, and project management to join our Golf team. In this role you will foster strong relationships with key players in the golf industry in order to make Lightspeed Golf the dominant player in this arena. You will also aid and contribute to Lightspeed strategy to penetrate the Enterprise market and grow the company's market share. Overall the goal here is to make Enterprise commerce simple. With this role we want the customer to experience high growth, and for them to see the scalability, reliability and flexibility of Lightspeed Golf.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Demo Lightspeed's golf product to strategic leads
- Nurture and manage your strategic pipeline
- Source own leads as well as convert leads from the sales development team
- Onsite expectations of 8+ weeks (Per calendar year)
- Work closely with acquisition teams to attract and identify strategic customers
- Develop custom product solutions, including custom rollouts, implementations, and Onboarding plans
- Foster long-lasting relationships with key accounts by attending on-site demos, implementations, renewals, and meetings as required
- Conduct regular health checks with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and high NPS
- Collaborate with internal teams at Lightspeed to develop processes, meet company objectives, and facilitate an excellent customer experience
- Identity upsell and customer growth opportunities
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas

**What you need to bring**:

- Significant experience managing an extended and complete sales cycle
- Strong emphasis on ensuring customer satisfaction
- Passion for working with people, understanding their unique business needs, and showing how to increase and optimize the output of their business
- Experience working with major corporations and maintaining SLAs
- Well versed on/and passionate about the golf industry
- Consultative, analytical, and solutions-oriented
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
- Results and metric-driven
- A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Attuned to Lightspeed's short & long-term objectives
