ABOUT US:
We are a growing virtual-only private practice in British Columbia who is currently expanding over the next year. We are a team of mental health counsellors serving clients online of all ages and backgrounds, from 13 years old to seniors, and we treat a wide array of mental health issues including trauma, phobias, couples work, and much more. We are looking for an energetic, conscientious and warm individual who is skilled in using technological platforms, a great communicator, has attention to details and looking for a part-time, long-term job.

SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate administrative functions of the company to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Take on new projects, and be open to learning new platforms and initiatives along the way
- Attend monthly team meetings and take note of/follow up on action items
- Oversee the Jane booking system and client payment for multiple therapists
- Oversee the multi-step onboarding of new therapists
- Assist Clinical Director with hiring procedures and onboarding
- Collect basic data about client retention, referrals, etc. using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Provide ongoing input on overall company improvement
- Assist colleagues & leadership wherever necessary

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year experience in an office admin or relevant role
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills; detail oriented
- Familiarity with office management procedures, record keeping, bookkeeping, accounting, and data collection
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; skilled in utilizing web-based software programs
- Possess a well-running computer and in-home office/desk setup with little distraction
- Clear vulnerable sector criminal record check and three references

**DAYS**: Monday-Thursday 8:30-12:30 Pacific

**HOURS**: 16hrs/wk

**PAYSCALE**: $20-24/hr - commensurate with experience in similar roles

**BENEFITS**: Two weeks paid vacation/yr (after one year on staff); 2 paid sick days/yr after 3mo on staff.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
