This role will support the operations of our direct wine sales to licensee and private customers. This will entail extensive use of our proprietary relational database and the LCBO inventory system. Experience working with a database and / or an educational IT certification is required. Database programming experience is a significant asset.

**Key Tasks**

Become familiar with the LCBO inventory management system (Elite) and eventually become the go-to person for LCBO-related administrative tasks and back-end issues.

Weekly Reconciliation of wine inventory between LCBO and agency databases and account for any discrepancies.

Solve issues with the requisitioning of products from the LCBO warehouse / stores (daily).

Provide administrative support to the company Directors and sales team.
- Enter orders.
- Process credit cards.
- Send copies of invoices and statements.
- With guidance from the private client sales team, fill back orders and contact clients to schedule delivery.

Develop a comprehensive functional understanding of our relational database (Helix).

Be mentored by our Director of Operations to develop functionality in programming / modifying our relational database.

Assist the Director of Operations as an IT troubleshooting resource for the company (in a Mac environment).

Manage a variety of monthly LCBO protocols: trade sample rebates, corked bottles, lab bottle requests, etc.

Gather and label cases for agency drivers to pick up in office.

Become familiar with the front office operations to become the back up during vacation time and fill in for front of house once to twice a week:

- Requisition products from the LCBO warehouse and/or stores.
- Set delivery schedules/routes for agency drivers and schedule 3rd party couriers.
- Prepare driver packages.
- Process payments.
- Become familiar with overall office administration, daily banking and finance.

Support inventory and logistics position (when taking time off):

- Create new items in the LCBO inventory management system (Elite).
- Place orders.
- Track shipments.

Keep protocols up-to-date and develop new ones as required.

**Qualifications**

IT qualification / certificate

Extremely detail oriented / accurate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong computer skills.

Very organized with excellent time management skills.

Tactful, with strong interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year pending qualifications
