**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring the integrity of the content being delivered is upheld
- Maintaining online content
- Monitoring the LMS and responding electronically to students within 24 hours
- Evaluating student progress against the learning outcomes and providing timely learner feedback
- Maintaining records, course materials and utilizing Mohawk data systems for grading, course updates etc.
- Ensuring adherence to Mohawk College’s Policies and Procedures at all times

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3 - 5 years industry experience in relevant industry
- 3 - 5 years Post-secondary teaching/training and/or experience
- IAAP (International Association of Accessibility Professionals) certification (preferred)
- Experience working with Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working with learning management systems
- Online teaching or learning experience would be considered a strong asset
- Excellent written and communication skills
