Responsibilities: (included but not limited to)
- Answer to Owner/ Regional Manager and accept direction and coaching for personal development.
- Wearing appropriate clothing and/or Anytime Fitness Uniforms.
- Acknowledgment of every member/prospect at ALL times.
- Member Experience, Membership Sales, Member Assistance, Member Services.
- General Office duties & Participation in: 1 on 1, Small Group, Group Training
- BASIC Club Cleanliness and Presentation.
- Opening/Closing Responsibilities.
- Managing a team of trainers and part time staff.
- Professional Representation of Club/Brand at all times.
- Punctual - arrive 10 minutes prior to each shift to prepare for the shift - closing duties should be thought of in the same manner on a normal day - Before and After staffed hours.

Salary/ Wages: Negotiable paid for this time.)
- Report &/or address any significant, inappropriate or concerning behaviors of members.
- Problem Solving - BASIC member issues, complaints, surveys, etc..
- Continuing education through the Anytime Fitness Dashboard, and other pertinent means.

Full-time hours: 40 per week

11:00am-7:00 pm Monday-Tuesday

10:00 am-6:00 pm - Wednesday-Thursday

10:30 am-4:30 pm Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Salary/ Wages: Negotiable

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
