**The club managers we are looking for at Anytime Fitness Mont Tremblant will oversee the daily operations of our new facility, are bilingual, energetic and outgoing with a passion for health and fitness. We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. You will be hired to inspire and promote a positive experience for new and existing members. You will be responsible for managing day to day tasks, welcoming guests and members to the gym, selling memberships and training services. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership skills, ability to collaborate and communicate, and ability to influence others in a positive way.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Membership + training sales - a large component of the club manager role is centered around membership and training sales. Managers must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
- Day-to-day operations - club managers will be responsible for the daily club operational tasks such as, running reports to analyze KPIs and goal setting, using our club management software and billing provider to help with member management and engagement, lead follow-up, post to local social media accounts, and club cleanliness.
- Culture creators - club managers will love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.

**Schedule**
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
- Full (40-44 hours/week) and part time (15-20 hours/week) positions open with flexible schedule/hours

**Salary**: $14,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
