Position: Carpenter/Foreman

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and train crew members in concrete carpentry and form work under the guidance of the General Manager.
- Form Steps, Driveways, Sidewalks among other concrete prep work
- Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
- Execute concrete prep work, flatwork placing and finishing with attention to detail.
- Operate hand and power tools efficiently.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Concrete Forming and Construction or related carpentry field.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive a light-duty truck and tow a trailer.
- Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and support team goals.

Schedule:

- Full-time position with 10-hour shifts.

**Experience**:

- Concrete Forming or Carpentry Occupations: 4 year (preferred)
- Concrete Finishing: 2 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License

Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In-person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 55 per week
