Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operational Manager to join our team. As an Operational Manager at Advantage Sport Medicine & Physiotherapy Clinic, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clinic's operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment, and overseeing marketing efforts with a strong focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from appointment scheduling to post-treatment follow-up.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and mentor clinic staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, clinic revenue, and staff productivity.
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance companies and referring physicians, to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth referral processes.
- Budget management and financial oversight to achieve clinic goals.
- Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with a focus on ROI, including digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and patient engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategies and measuring ROI.
