Reporting to the Director, People and Organization, you will work closely with the entire department team on a variety of mandates. Don't worry, the small, close-knit team will quickly include you and make you feel at home. **Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Support the P&O team in development programs such as: training, talent management, etc., as well as in welcoming new employees: welcome day, individual meetings, etc.
- Support the P&O team in special and other projects.
- Assist HR business partners in the day-to-day management of employee files.
- Participate in the transformation and optimization of our daily activities.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Student in human resources or administration
- Excellent academic record
- Strong writing skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, conscientiousness and attention to detail
- Autonomous and results-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
