**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Communicate with guests or residents regarding their needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.

**Skills**
- Must have strong time management skills that enable me to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- You must possess excellent hospitality skills to foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
- You should possess exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning supplies and schedules.
- Possess the ability to deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing guest inquiries.
- You should possess expertise in cleaning techniques and the efficient use of cleaning equipment.
- You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests.
