We are looking for a Workplace Advisory Intern who will assist in transforming the employee experience for our customers and bringing the future of work into the present.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Understand and learn how to develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders
- Research clients and their position to help them improve their performance on Workplace
- Learn how to manage and lead enterprise level projects
- Work directly with Community Managers to ensure all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Workplace
- Assist in the building of all campaigns to meet assigned client expectations and strategy needs
- Provide expertise around engagement strategies & content sharing

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary school (college or university 2nd or 3rd year preferred)
- 1-2 years of professional business experience
- Some experience in client facing roles or project management
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication & active listening skills
- Technically savvy with social media platforms/business collaboration platforms.
- Go-getter personality with a positive outlook
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and optimize strategy based on data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Previous experience working with Workplace from Meta desired.
